ADU Design and ADU Consultation refer to specialized services correlated to the architectural planning, exterior and interior design, or building permit consultation for Single-Family Dwelling Units, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs).
The Design Process considers factors like space optimization, sustainability, and harmony with the existing property. The Consultation Process ensures that our designs are in compliance with the latest building codes and regulations. Other consultation services may include direct communication with the municipality's building departments, as well as plan submittals on the client's behalf.
As-built Plans

Architectural As-Built Plans are detailed drawings that reflect the current, existing state of a building or structure, as it has been constructed, including any modifications or changes made during the construction process or over time. These plans differ from original design plans because they document the final, actual dimensions, layouts, and features of a completed building rather than the intended design. We offer plans in both 2D and 3D options via AutoCAD and Revit Software.
Virtual Walkthroughs
Virtual Walkthroughs are immersive digital simulations that allow clients to explore and navigate within a building, space, or environment that either already exists or is still in the design phase.
Especially helpful for showcasing homes, these walkthroughs are created using LiDAR, 3D modeling software, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or interactive platforms. They are a powerful tool in the design and visualization process, enabling designers, engineers, clients, and stakeholders to experience a space in a realistic, interactive manner.
